Print Information

I use “Canson Infinity – Photosatin Premium RC 270 GSM - Inkjet Fine Art & Photo Paper” for all my printing. It consists of an alpha cellulose acid-free art paper coated with a structured polyethylene and a microporous receiver layer. This exceptional photographic paper has been designed to comply with the highest lifespan requirements. The surface aesthetic of PhotoSatin Premium RC is reminiscent of the original photochemical papers traditionally associated with the Baryta market.
This paper gives softened reflections on photographs. It is a great choice for black & white and colour photography.

Please keep in mind that the PRINT SIZES listed are for PRINTS ONLY ( ie. not framed ) and these may vary slightly to what size has been specified. The sizes shown are A3 and A4 which include borders on all sides. On the rectangular prints, I try to keep the borders to 15 mm in width with the bottom border 25 mm to allow for signing. If you need to know the exact size of the actual image in advance, please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing.

When purchasing one of my prints, you can expect meticulous attention to details such as colour accuracy and sharpness. Please be aware that in quite a few of my images, I use my own artistic licence to;
- create a “paint like” appearance and
- I purposely focus sections of the image ( usually the main subject ), so other parts of the image may appear to be out of focus.
With regards to my guarantee, I offer a full 30 day, 100% money back guarantee for every print purchased on this website. If you are not satisfied with one of my prints, you can return it in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date. As soon as I receive it, I will issue you with a full refund for the original purchase price. ( Please note: this refund does not include the shipping costs ).

However, with regards to colour matching, no guarantee can be given in that what you see on your screen will be exactly replicated in print. Every customer has a different monitor with different settings which ultimately means you may be seeing the image with subtle differences to the way it is intended. Room lighting can affect a print’s appearance also.

You may purchase top-quality prints from all the images you find on this site. In accordance with my own quality control procedures, I will only print images at sizes that meet my high standards and detail throughout. This may mean that some images may not be able to be printed in all sizes. For example, an image offered at A4 size may not be available at the larger A3 size. I will advise you accordingly.

Each print is packaged and sealed with great care and is sent via a professional courier with a tracking number for extra security. Your print will be protected during transport. I recommend you handle the boards and print with great care upon opening of your package to avoid scuffing, kinking or other damage.

Please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery from date of order if shipping is within Australia. Allow a little extra time for shipment overseas ( depending on your region ). If you require a quicker turn around for your print, please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing and I will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
